Privacy Policy
At our company, safeguarding your personal data is our top priority. We handle your information in strict compliance with applicable laws, including the GDPR and the Telecommunications Act 2003. This privacy policy explains how we manage your data when you use our website.

Contacting Us
When you contact us via our website’s contact form or email, we store the information you provide to process your inquiry and address any follow-up questions. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Data Storage
To simplify the purchasing process and facilitate contract fulfillment, our web shop uses cookies to store specific personal details, such as your IP address, name, address, phone number, email, payment information, and other necessary data.

We also retain personal data (e.g., name, address, date of birth, phone number) to process contracts. This information is essential for completing contractual or pre-contractual obligations. Without it, we cannot finalize agreements. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except for:

  • Sharing payment details with our payment provider to process transactions.

  • Providing necessary information to our accountant for tax compliance.

  • Collaborating with IT service providers, database managers, and newsletter platforms under data processing agreements in line with Article 28 of the GDPR.

If a purchase is not completed, all stored data will be deleted. For concluded contracts, data is retained for the legally mandated period, typically seven years under tax law.

Data processing is based on legal grounds outlined in § 96 (3) of the Telecommunications Act and Article 6 (1)(a) (Consent) and/or (b) (Necessity for contract performance) of the GDPR.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies or similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience. These small text files, stored on your device by your browser, are harmless and help improve website functionality.

Some cookies remain on your device until you delete them, enabling us to recognize your browser during future visits. If you prefer to limit cookie usage, you can adjust your browser settings to notify you when cookies are placed and allow them on a case-by-case basis. Please note that disabling cookies may affect certain website features.

Social Media
Our website includes links to social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. These third-party sites may collect data independently, and we have no control over their cookie usage or access to their data.

Web Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Inc., to analyze website usage. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data, including your IP address, which is transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the U.S. Google uses this information to evaluate website activity, generate reports, and provide related services. Google may share this data with third parties as required by law or when third parties process data on Google’s behalf. Your IP address will not be linked to other Google data.

By using our website, you consent to Google processing your data as described above.

Newsletter
When you make a booking, purchase, or inquiry, we process your personal data under Article 6, Section 1(b) and (f) of the GDPR.

To subscribe to our newsletter, we require your email address and confirmation that you own the address and consent to receiving the newsletter (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each newsletter. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Your data is used exclusively for sending newsletters.

We do not collect additional data unless voluntarily provided (e.g., for personalization). This data is used solely for newsletter distribution and may include link tracking to improve content.

Our newsletters may contain tracking pixels—small images embedded in emails that allow us to monitor email opens and link clicks. This helps us evaluate the effectiveness of our campaigns.

If you provide your child’s date of birth during a booking, we may use it to send marketing emails related to bookings, always sent to the parental email address provided. You can opt out of this at any time.

Data collected via tracking pixels is stored and analyzed to optimize newsletter content. It is not shared with third parties. You may withdraw consent for this use at any time, and we will delete the collected data.

We use the service “NumBirds” by Sports and Tourism Digital Services GmbH (Brixner Straße 3/3, 6020 Innsbruck) for newsletter distribution. A data processing agreement ensures the confidentiality of your personal data.

Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your data, as well as to withdraw consent or object to its processing. If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Wickenburggasse 8, 1080 Vienna, dsb(at)dsb.gv.at).
